If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return the goods to us for a refund or product exchange within 30days from the shipment date. Please read in more detail below.

2. Package your goods into one package so it is ready for delivery. Please remember to include the packing slip and any other items sent to you from SuperbPearlNecklaces.com.
PLEASE DO NOT INDICATE THAT THE PACKAGE CONTAINS JEWELRY, AS THIS ENCOURAGES THEFT.
3. Shipping and Insurance: The minimum shipping method should include insurance and a required signature. We recommend that you track your package to insure it reaches us for fast and easy refunding or exchanging.

SuperbPearlNecklaces.com staff will inspect the condition of the goods once we receive them in our warehouse. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition they left our warehouse to begin with for full refunding. SuperbPearlNecklaces.com will refund the full purchase price. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed and all refunds will be paid using the mode of payment used in the purchase.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from SuperbPearlNecklaces.com within 30 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
